Webinar replay: “Local food supply chains for Montreal’s institutional sector”
On Friday, December 9, 2022, Collectif Récolte took part in a discussion organized by the Espace de concertation sur les pratiques d’approvisionnement responsable (ECPAR), in collaboration with the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ).
It was an opportunity to present the Local and Integrated Food System in Montreal (SALIM) program and its initiatives in local procurement in institutional environments.
We also had the chance to present L’Aube Food Hub (formerly the West Island Food Hub), which supplied three daycare centres (CPEs) and three hospitals throughout the 2022 growing season, as well as several other projects committed to responsible, solidarity-based procurement.
