On February 6, 2025, we collaborated with Espace Cuisine pour la sécurité alimentaire to present the results of our case study on solidarity modalities between organizations.
It was an opportunity to share with participants business models aimed at ensuring fair remuneration for local producers, while making local, sustainable food accessible to community organizations supporting food-insecure households.
