On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, the third Conversations on local and solidarity food supply took place, focusing on IT and digital technologies for food security, a webinar that brought together 65 organizations and institutions interested in solutions adapted to their reality.

 

From Liam Brown, Tech Solutions Lead at Collectif Récolte, and Florian Maysonnave, Digital Project Manager at La Cantine pour tous, we learned more about the various technological tools available on the market, those yet to be developed, and best practices for implementing and using these tools.
