On November 9, 2022, as part of a series of webinars organized by the Laboratoire d’innovation urbaine de Montréal, the webinar Collectif Récolte: Le système alimentaire local et intégré à Montréal (SALIM) aired. We had the opportunity to present the SALIM program, outline the actions taken so far, and present the results of case studies on local institutional procurement.
