Project report: Local Community Procurement Specialist

Explore the two learning sheets from the Local Community Procurement Specialist (Spécialiste en approvisionnement local communautaire in french) project, which ended in the fall of 2024.

The first phase of the project brought together four organizations around Alessandro Labeque, our shared human resource, to establish, strengthen, and sustain links with local producers.

Subsequent phases expanded and adapted this service offering in response to the evolving needs and capacities of the organizations, while consolidating the tools developed to facilitate the supply of healthy, local food.
