The past year has brought new challenges. Following several months of reflection, ideation and adaptation, we are ready to embark on the next phase of our journey and transition to a new business model.

“There are certain years that leave a lasting mark on an organization’s journey due to their transformative power. The period from 2024 to 2025 is a prime example of this for Collectif Récolte. Even though we are already in the midst of our 2025-2028 strategic planning process, broadly outlined in this report, it has also become essential to rethink our organizational structure in order to accommodate the planned changes to our business model and the redefinition of our service offering. This year has therefore been marked by both the celebration of several significant successes from our two flagship programs, which are coming to an end, and the investment of the necessary time internally to reinvent ourselves, foster mutual understanding, and establish new foundations for our collective work.”
