Webinar replay: “Transport mutualizing in food security – lessons learned from projects for local and solidarity procurement”
On Friday, February 3, 2024, in front of more than 75 participants, we presented the second Conversations on local and solidarity food supply on the theme of transport pooling as a lever for collaboration.
We had the opportunity to hear Louis Lafortune and Eric Hanson from L’Aube Food Hub, as well as Véronique Granger and Shawn Archambault from the SALADE (Local, Accessible, Sustainable and Economical Food System) project of the CDC Plateau-Mont-Royal, discuss the various success factors for a logical and efficient pooling of delivery transport.
